To our angel givers, our charity supporters and those who have supported this journey,
A heartfelt thank you for trusting us with your gift and for being part of something bigger than a business.
Your support allows us to grow thoughtfully and intentionally, continuing to create gifts that carry meaning and give back to Australian communities.
That sense of intention is something we are all searching for.
Most of us are guilty of moving along life’s conveyor belt.
It can be hard to pause and reflect on what it all means, to appreciate what we have, to address what does not feel right, and to keep moving forward without becoming stuck in the past.
Reflect
Like so many, we felt the highs and lows of 2025 deeply.
There were moments of joy that brought people together (like the Eras Tour) where experiences reminded us of the power of collective joy.
There were also moments of heartbreak that forced us to confront the darker edges of our world. In times like these, we are reminded of what truly matters.
As a community, we have a responsibility to respond with care, to choose love over division, and to ensure that joy is always stronger than hate.
The Giving Angel was born from this belief.
From a desire to give gifts that create connection and deeper meaning.
From a love of tiny treasures that are beautiful without demanding attention.
And from a commitment to supporting Australian charities who dedicate themselves to helping vulnerable communities with compassion.
Appreciate
The charities The Giving Angel aligns with are deeply respected within their fields and have supported our vision with generosity and openness. Each organisation brings care and expertise to the communities they serve, and we are genuinely grateful for the trust and encouragement they have shown us along the way.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the teams at Alannah and Madeline Foundation, Beyond Blue, Black Dog Institute, Bush Heritage Australia, Cancer Council Australia, Dementia Australia, Foodbank Australia, Guide Dogs Australia, National Breast Cancer Foundation, Orange Sky Australia, Stroke Foundation, and The Man Cave.
Your commitment and compassion make it possible for giving to extend beyond a single moment and into something that creates lasting impact.
Adapt
With Christmas now behind us, it feels important to pause.
To notice what brought genuine joy, and to gently consider what could have been different.
The year ahead gives us space to think more carefully about what we choose next.
To look at the messages around us and ask whether they truly mean something, or whether they disappear almost as quickly as they are bought.
As we move toward 2026, we are conscious of how easily momentum can turn into repetition. Not getting stuck, for us, means returning often to intention. It means stepping back and asking whether what we are creating still reflects the values we began with. We are choosing clarity over speed, allowing reflection to sit alongside action. Progress does not always come from doing more. Sometimes it comes from doing less but with more care.
In the year ahead, our focus is on refinement. On strengthening what already exists, listening closely to those who give and those who receive, and continuing to shape The Giving Angel in ways that feel considered and meaningful.
Forward
We hope that in 2026, the gifts you choose reach far deeper than just a single day.
Our hopes for 2026 are rooted in continuity and care. We want The Giving Angel to remain a place people turn to when they are searching for something with true impact. Our plans centre on deepening the experience of meaningful giving, from the objects themselves to the impact they create beyond the moment they are received. We hope to continue building meaningful relationships with our charities and supporting their work in ways that feel respectful and transparent.
As we move into the year ahead, we do so with confidence in the belief that where care leads the way, people will follow.
